One thing that I like about Iago's character is that he knows what he needs to do to make a living. Everyone has to have a job. So why not have a job helping someone get what they want? It is easy, and he gets to have some entertainment too.
Ont thing that I dislike about Iago's character is that he is lieng to rodregio to get the money. He should not be lieng to rodrego...he is should be lieng to Othello and Desdamona. I wouldn't lie to the person that is paying me.

I like that Iago is going for what he wants and getting money out of it as well. I dont really like that he isnt being honest with Iago about his intentions. Who knows maybe Roderigo would still pay him for his help and then they would both still be getting what they wanted.I like that he is helping Roderigo get what he wants while he gets what he wants.

I dont like how Iago is only helping Rodrigo because of money and his own personal gain. He doesnt even care about Rodrigo only his money. I like how he is making a good second plan for Rodrigo. I like that the plan is clever and sneaky

I like Iago's ability to play to the wants of the people he is trying to get items out of. He plays to Othello's version of the loyal soldier while also pandering to Rodrigo's vision of the friend and ally who has Rodrigo's best interests at heart. I really do not think his motives are valid grounds for killing someone but it would not be a play without a plot.

well iago is a very contradicting guy. He has many likable chacteristics but also many that are not so plesent. For instance i like that he is helping out his friend Rod. But its not very nice that he is trying to break up Othello and Desdemonas marriage. Also he is very sart because every thing he does to help Rod he makes Rod pay for it.

One thing that I like about Iago's character is that he has devious ways of getting money and helping someone at the same time. It is also entertaining as well for him.
One thing that I dislike about Iago's character is that he will do anything to get Desdamona away from Othello when she clearly loves him. I also don't like that he isn't being completely honest with Roderigo.

What I don't like most about Iago is his deception. He is lying to everyone. He is lying to Roderigo to get him to continue trying to get Desdemona and getting paid for it and he is deceiving Othello by pretending to be his loyal friend. What I do like about Iago is his persistance and devotion. For example, when Roderigo was talking about killing himself, Iago convinced him to keep trying. Iago also hates Othello and continues to find some way to try to ruin his life.

I like that Iago is determined. He won't stop until he gets what he wants. I also like that he is going for what he wants and he is getting money out of it. Some things i dislike about Iago's character is that he is a liar. He is only helping Roderigo because he is getting money out of it, and he's not even being completely turthful to Rod. He is also careless. He does not care that he is breaking up Othello and Desdamona.

I like iago because he self motivated. he is clever while tricking both roderigo and othello into "trusting" him. i dont like him because he is a back-stabber and a liar liar pants on fire!

I like that Iago goes after what he wants and doesn't let anything get in his way. I've always looked up to people like that. One thing I don't like about Iago is that he lies constantly. He lies to Rodreigo, to Othello, and basically everyone else in the play.

I like the fact that Iago is good at motivating people. He keeps Roderigo interested in their plan. I also like the fact that he is straight forward and tells Roderigo that he wants his money. The bad part of Iago is that he wants to harm Othello. He is obviously very jealous that Cassio was appointed and not him. Iago has a bad side to him but I think he would be a good person to have on your team because he is so motivated.

One thing I like about Iago is that he's great at motivating people and that he knows how to get money out of people.
The thing I don't like about Iago is that he is lying to Roderigo, also the fact that he is trying to get Desdamona away from Othello.

I like that iago is very powerful. he can make somone do anything for him. I do not like that he is trying to break up a marrige. When iago was trying getting rodrigo to pay him to help. This is funny.

I like the fact that Iago knows what he wants and knows how to get it. He wanted everyone to think that he is this great guy so then nobody would suspect him of doing any wrong. I don't like that he is a liera and is making empty promises to Roderigo.

I dislike Iagos jealousy and trickery. In the story he gets jealous that cassio gets the job as ltnt. over him. He hates both cassio and Othello for this. I really dislike it when people get so jealous. People need to man up and except the fact that they failed. In the story he also is tricky and devises a plan for Rodrigo to get Desdemona and his to be ltnt. He trys to get cassio killed and have Othello's heart broken by Desdemona. I dont like tricks. They can be very harmfull. It could damage people like it did in the story. I beleive Othello dies.

I  like that iagos character knows exactly what to do to tear the other people in the play down he knows everyone's weakness or down fall also likle that he has no shame in any thing he is doing.. one thing i dont like is that he shows absolutely no pity andno one knows his tragic flaw  or weakness

I don't like that Iago turns against Raderigo when Roderigo is the one who started planning everything out in the begining. I do like that Iago is a very smart character and choses his moves wisely. Like for example when he put Othello to the side and talked to Cassio really about Bianca, but made Othello think that they were talking about Desdemona.
